To complement Google’s booth at ISTE 2025 (the largest education conference in North America) we produced 2 nights of networking for Google for Education’s most important partners with a few key goals in mind
Foster excitement and support for Google for Education, show top partners:
Drive consideration and preference among teachers and instruction staff through showcasing the latest Google product innovation, like Gemini, as a mechanism to continue customer loyalty and retention
Strengthen support and excitement for Google for Education suite of products
Create a space for community building
The events embraced the host city of San Antonio by leaning into the Cowboy theme, but with an eye on the future.
250 guests per night were welcomed by a photo moment of oversized boots, wagon wheel saddles, and native plants. Inside guests were treated to line dancing course by internationally recognized instructors. The Gemini photo booth showcased the magic of AI. Guests were prompted to select and art style and location as their background, and within seconds Gemini generated a cowboy scene reflective of the selected variables. Similarly, guests ordered exclusive cocktails from the Gemini bar. After scanning the QR code at the bar guests were taken to a short quiz where Gemini would recommend drinks.
